Attunements/Dietas
July 3-10th 2026
or book a 1:1 personal experience.

Join us for 8 days on the land.
Plant attunements are an ancient tradition found on every continent around the world.
Since antiquity they have been practiced by your Ancestors in different forms.

You will work with the spirit of a local plant or tree and get to know who they
are in a deeply profound way. You can choose white pine, yarrow, or mugwort.
You will be matched with a plant suitable to you or you can request one.
They are listed at the bottom of this page.

All about attunements.
For 7 days you will be in solitude. The 8th day is the beginning of integration. You drink the tea of a plant or tree to connect with their spirit. You will be dieting the plant or tree. When you give up your everyday actions and routines you can open to the gifts of the plant you are dieting in a profound way. During this period of time you abstain from regular life and eat very simple foods.
It is a time to connect to the plant spirit consciousness.

By having a simple diet you create the intention to quiet the body physically, emotionally, and physically. This involves abstaining from foods with strong energies.
Your plant communication skills will grow.

In stillness the plants speak. They speak to you in your day and night dreams.
There is big trend of online dietas/attunements where folks continue their
everyday life and meet on zoom. Being in person is the ideal choice to deepen
your plant & tree connection, rest, reset,
be away from daily distractions,
and be fully present.

May you walk in beauty and remember your song.
Remember why you came here. Remember your life is sacred.
Remember why you came here, remember this life is sacred." Peia.
