Do you want to meet the plants in person, not in books?
Learn how to confidently ID local
wild plant medicines and not be poisoned.
Manage some personal first aid emergencies/ panic attacks,
asthma, and other challenging health situations.
You will learn how to make Organic cheese with local herbs!

Each day will start with an opening circle and land acknowledgment.
All voices will be heard.
​
Every day you will have time in the forest, experience guided
plant spirit journeys, and have time with the living plants.
Commitment: 5 nourishing weekends from April until September
Saturday & Sunday 9-4 p.m.

What will you do each weekend?​
* Do you want to feel confident making
medicines with fresh living plants.
* Do you want to learn how to make Organic raw cheese with herbs?
* Feel confident making tinctures, salves,
herbal oil & smokes, teas, and so much more.
​*Meet new friends, camp under the stars, and enjoy evening fires.
* Become a little more wild and free. Sing together. Make music.
* Spend your weekends in an outside classroom with mature forests,
swamps, and meadows.​​

We meet 5 for weekends over 6 months. (July is off)

What is included?
10 full day classes - 9 am - 4 pm for 5 weekends.
All plant medicine & herbal teas are included.
​
10 Meals: A home made nourishing vegetarian lunch is provided every Saturday & Sunday.
A simple outdoor kitchen is available to cook your dinners and breakfast.
Camping is on site Saturday nights/Outhouse/Rustic paradise.
Bring your own tent and gear.
*You can book a local Airbnb near Markdale or drive home at night if you live nearby.​

​Location: Markdale, Ontario at a private forest residence.

$3700 -Regular price ~
This enables the Gaia Hive to thrive and continue.
​
$4700 -Benefactor price.
This price help lower income students and assists scholarships.
​
$2700 -(Community assistance price)
3 spaces available. First come first serve.
**This price is for for folks who don't have enough
funds to do other programs during the year.
They do not travel internationally for leisure, or buy cars & items new etc.
They need financial assistance and are struggling financially.
Payment plans are available. Do inquire.

1 part work trade option of $500 is available for 2026.
(25 hours of garden and apothecary help)
This makes the full tuition $2200.

Mentorships are open to all genders. It is a safe place for LGBTQIA folks. We will work together to co-create a loving and healing space for everyone. Plants are amazing non-binary teachers. The learning area is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
We will be walking on uneven terrain.
