There is an ancient wisdom carried by the plants—a quiet language that speaks through dreams, seasons, rivers, and your heart.

The Seven Plant Spirits Journey is a seven-month immersive experience for those called to deepen their relationship with 7 plants through ceremony, meditation, reflection, and community. This is for folks who have completed

YEAR ONE or who have done 2 one day retreats.

​

Together we will explore the symbolic teachings, cultural stories, and spiritual qualities of seven remarkable plant allies while cultivating our own inner wisdom.

This is not a course about consuming plants. It is an invitation to develop respectful relationship with the living world through observation, contemplation, creativity, and ceremonial practice. We will be working with plant spirits.

Month One

Datura — Guardian of the Threshold

Discover the medicine of boundaries, shadow, discernment, and sacred mystery. Through guided meditation and reflective practices, we explore what it means to stand at the threshold of transformation with humility and respect. Datura is a keeper of secrets.

Grow her in your garden.

Brugmansia — Dream Weaver

Journey into the realm of dreams, intuition, imagination, and surrender. This month is full of stories of Brugmansia.  This plant is a potent teacher. I grow several varieties and overwinter in a dormant state. Her brilliance always envelops me in love and a sense of protection. ​

Amanita — Uplift and shift

Explore transformation through wonder, playfulness, paradox, and new perspectives. See life with fresh eyes. Hear stories of this mystical mushroom. I grew up with amanita growing all around me. She is a potent playful teacher. Call in more play into your life.

Blue Cohosh — Grandmother Wisdom

Connect with resilience, ancestral memory, courage, and the strength carried through generations. This month invites reflection on heritage, belonging, and personal empowerment. We can all benefit from several plant Grandmas! Deepen your wise feminine leadership and move through life thresholds with courage.

Month Five

Sacred Tobacco — Keeper of Prayer

Honour the traditions of gratitude, reciprocity, intention, and offering. Together we cultivate mindful practices that deepen our relationship with the Earth and with one another. How can you pray? What does prayer mean to you?

Month Six

Blue Iris — Cosmic Star Seeds

Inspired by the stars, this month encourages deepening your relationship

with your intuition.  Your intuition is here to guide you. Learn how to invoke divine messages in your daily life.

Month Seven

Blue Lotus- River Ceremony & Community Campout

We gather for a full day and overnight. Daytime riverside. Night time fireside.

Together we will share:

• Opening Ceremony

• Plant Ceremony with Blue Lotus

• River Blessing

• Community Potluck 

• Stargazing

• Closing Sharing Circle

This final gathering celebrates the friendships, insights, and personal growth cultivated throughout the journey. Camp/sleep at home or sleep communally in the yurt.

You will be sent a picture of each plant via snail mail.

You can place the plant picture we are working with on your altar.

Join a private WhatsApp group. A space for questions,

connection, sharing and more.

1.5 hours per month via zoom. 

In June we will have one day together on the land by the river.

A Note on Safety & Respect

This journey explores the symbolic, cultural, ecological, and contemplative relationship with these plants. Several of the plants discussed are highly toxic or have significant health risks if misused. No instruction, encouragement, or facilitation of ingestion or unsafe use is provided. We approach each plant with respect, informed awareness, and care for both personal safety and the traditions that have long honored these beings.
