How to invest in yourself.

If investing in yourself is bringing up hesitation, that doesn't necessarily mean you shouldn't move forward—it may simply be inviting you to look more closely at what's coming up.
Rather than pushing those feelings aside, let's explore them with curiosity. Ask yourself: What is this hesitation trying to protect? What belief is underneath it?

Sometimes the fear is about the money. Sometimes it's about wondering whether you're ready, whether you'll follow through, or whether you'll receive enough value. Other times it's about stepping into a new version of yourself and leaving behind familiar patterns.
These questions aren't obstacles—they're opportunities for greater self-awareness. Understanding them can help you make a decision that feels aligned rather than reactive.

The investment reflects the time, care, experience, and personalized support you'll receive throughout our work together. My intention is to offer a meaningful experience that creates lasting value long after the program ends.

I will teach you to fish, not give you the fish.

I will be available for your lifetime to ask any questions and be alongside with you on your journey.

I also believe in honoring the traditions that inspire this work.
Like choosing food grown with care and local plant medicines, rather than simply choosing the cheapest option, investing in thoughtful, ethical teaching often means valuing depth, integrity, reciprocity, and relationship over convenience.

(Please note: I share these simply as ideas to inspire
- only do what feels right for you)

Ideas for support

- Reaching out to your network, asking friends/family for donations, loans, or gifts.

- Go Fund Me- Feel supported in this way. I have some friends who have gathered funds for their dreams via -Go Fund Me- which has supported them.

-Taking out a line of credit - Credit Cards / Loans / Business Loans Please only do this if you have the means to pay back the monthly costs)
** Anyone with a business will be able to put this course through their business.

IMPORTANT: Credit is not for everyone! So please tune in deeply - because YES, your dreams will take you from your comfort zone, but if credit is going to cause anxiety and impact your nervous system & health - trust there will be another way. It might be better to save up.

Ultimately, only you can decide whether this is the right time. If it is, I look forward to walking alongside you. If it isn't, I trust you'll know when the timing feels right.
